User Support [iBrain Fellows]

Heather’s research focuses on the relationship between cognition and emotion in mood and anxiety disorders, as well as individual differences in brain networks that could help predict mental health outcomes. She is currently working on a project examining attention and repetitive negative thinking (i.e. rumination, worry) in the context of psychopathology. Her work uses behavioral tasks, neuroimaging, and machine learning to answer questions about individual differences in the brain that map onto differences in cognitive and emotional processing.
